Our Mission
The Teaching Academy provides the best professional education to our teachers and excellent tutoring for students by creating an environment that fosters learning, growth, and personal development. We are teachers helping, serving and supporting teachers and students. Our teacher to teacher concept allows for support built on an understanding of "I have been there, in the classroom" Our Coaches provide immediate feedback on lesson plans, class management, and more.

With the vision and efforts of dedicated teachers, this academy continues to foster growth and innovation in teaching methodologies, curriculum standards and technology through its comprehensive summer workshops.
Our Team
Our team of experienced educators is passionate about assisting teachers and learners to succeed. We have a diverse group of teachers and administrators. Each presenter is highly qualified and certified in their workshop content.
Each workshop, seminar or class is structured to be interactive. Team members collaborative to facilitate small groups in the teaching / learning process. The team supports individual progress of participants from "not knowing to knowing",

ALL ABOUT LITERACY:
This 25 hour workshop introduces the broad concept of Literacy beginning with the baisc foundation of Phonics. Starting with Phonetic Awareness, to Spelling and Vocabulary, to Comprehension, to Guided Reading and Writing, and Oral Language skills. These Workshops are designed for the learner --teachers or students (tutoring)
EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTION: These workshops present the models of instruction with emphasis on Cooperative Learning, Project Based Instruction, Classroom Manent, Retention Theory, Motivational Theory and much more.agem
COACHING-SERVICES work with individual teachers or students to introduce, reinforce skills, concepts or new learning.
AI FOR TEACHERS:
AI for teachers offers a new but successful approach to enhance and support the various activities in the classroom. The dynamic interaction with coaches offers both individual and group success.
Additional workshops are offered in response to the needs and growth of individual faculty and staff needs.
